TARRIFS & BROKER FEES  

My original paintings, postcards, and prints in frames come from my studio here in Toronto... I use an excellent shipping partner, which lets me find you the most reliable service with the lowest rates! However...this shipping cost does not include Tarrifs or Broker fees! I am not responsible for these additional fees (if they occur), these are your responsibility when my art arrives wherever in the world you are. (I experience the same in Canada, when I order from overseas I have to pay broker fees and tariffs.) Thank you for your understanding! 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?  

Yes, I do ship internationally! All original art, custom framed prints and postcards are shipped from my studio in Toronto, Canada. If you do not see a shipping option for an item you are interested in, please drop me a note... I might have just been busy painting something else and missed setting the shipping details! 

 

SHIPPING ORIGINAL ART :

Original art orders take about a week to prepare the art for shipping. All original art is final sale. Shipping artwork is at the buyers own risk. Artwork will be carefully protected with cardboard, then padded, then shipped in a larger box. Extra large artwork cannot be sent via regular post and must be sent via courier.  Small artworks travel in the post better than larger, heavy artworks. Please be aware that these are old pieces of art, the frames and artwork are fragile and could possibly be damaged during transit. All original artwork is shipped with tracking and insurance. If there are any problems with the art upon delivery, please keep all packaging and contact me.  

 

SHIPPING FRAMED PRINTS :

Framed print orders take 2-3 days to fulfill before shipping. All custom framed prints are final sale. Shipping is at the buyers own risk. At checkout I recommend choosing a shipping option that includes tracking and insurance for the value of the artwork. If you have opted for insurance, in the unlucky event of damage occurring in transit, please keep all packaging and contact me. 

 

SHIPPING POSTCARDS :

Postcard orders take 2-3 days to fulfill before shipping. Postcards are shipped via regular letter post to keep the costs as low as possible for you! Tracking is unavailable for letter post, so please check standard letter rates from Toronto to your destination for an idea of when to expect them.

 

PRINT ORDERS : 

Prints are made to order at a print-on-demand facility near you. If there are problems with your order when you receive it, you can find the contact information on the packing slip that came with the print to resolve it with the printer directly.

 

RECLAIMED & RECYCLED PACKAGING : 

In the spirit of upcycling, I wrap and ship my artwork in materials that are either reused, recycled, or recyclable. I often repurpose cardboard boxes when packaging art, and do enjoy a good box making afternoon when I need a custom size! When reusing items isn't an option, I often will thrift wrapping, labels & envelopes. And when I have to buy new items, I source items that are recycled and recyclable. Please be thoughtful with how you dispose of the packaging :) 

 

RETURNS : 

All works are final sale. Please read the product description and measurements carefully before purchase. If there are any issues with your artwork when it arrives, please contact me so we can resolve any issues.
