To reveal the extent of my inner nerd, I confess my love of the science fantasy of Star Wars, AND the science fiction of Star Trek! 

For a couple years, the crew of the original series and the Next Generation have been part of our weekly family routine of watching an episode while folding laundry together. At first the kids weren’t so sure about the old school shows… but now they have been assimilated. Resistance is futile. 

This little painting is unsigned, painted on board. The frame is chipped in places, but I’ve been encouraged to leave it… and I agree, keeping the worn look of this piece adds to the humor of the idea that these ships flew overhead years ago when this painting was first created.
