“Octopus Vs Ship : Seven of Nine”

The original was rescued from hundreds of rolled up paintings in storage… the artists creating these created dozens of these paintings in the same style in slightly different colours. They were made to replicate the old European masters. I stretched this one on a new frame and added a bit of fun by adding in a mimic octopus playing with the passing ship. This octopus was the seventh of nine paintings... which inspired the name!
