Antique painting by Cornish artist, Thomas Herbert Victor (British 1894 -1980), signed under his pseudonym W. Sands.
The little watercolour was in an old frame I used for one of my prints... didn't realize it was a watercolour till I took it out to have a closer look and could see the paint marks on the paper!
