This path through the trees was the perfect setting for a whole herd of ladybugs! It was so enjoyable painting these, imaging ladybugs the size of sheep. (I would totally want one as a pet, can you imagine riding a giant ladybug?!)

This vintage artwork came to me with two massive rips in the canvas which I patched and touched up to camouflage the repair. I love taking old pieces like this, repairing them, and then giving them a second life with something fun! 

The original of this painting is in my personal collection... I don't keep many of my paintings as I just don't have the room! But this one makes me happy whenever I see it, so will be holding onto the original. I hope you enjoy this custom framed print!
