Lover's Quarrel - upcycled vintage painting

 “Lover’s Quarrel”

I think “Reylo” are a super cute together. This winter landscape immediately made me think of their battle. It is a very small painting, so from far away you first notice the winter landscape. Then when you step closer the glow of the lightsabers draws your focus into the building tension between Rey & Kylo Ren. 

This little painting had an unusual bit of wear… a staple had come undone behind the canvas and was “elbowing” a dent into it. I undid the canvas, removed the offending staple, and restapled it. There is a slight bump, but at least it won’t develop into a hole as it would have had the staple not been removed.
