How to attach hooks on 24″ × 36″ horizontal frames:
Place each of the mounting hooks 1 inch (2.5 cm) from frame corners when hanging horizontally.

Hi there Nick! Just saw this review after replying to your emails... my apologies for the late reply, I was on holidays for a week so didn't see your emails till I got back last night.
So I think I've sent you all the details in my email replies already, but just to recap, customs held onto your package for a week which was the cause of the delay. Happily it looks like it cleared customs this morning... shouldn't be too long before it arrives to you.
Part of the wait before your print arrived to customs is because my prints are all made-to-order. Usually it takes about a week for my print partner custom make a print (and in this case to frame the print), and then shipping times depend on how far it's travelling to you. I'm sorry the whole process took longer than anticipated... I'm a small business, the process isn't as fast as a bigger company would be!
I'm keeping an eye on your order, will keep in touch if it lingers any longer. I really appreciate you wanting to bring my art home, and hope this bump in the road will be forgotten once the print arrives!
